Each Class is an hour long and are held on Tuesdays & Fridays at Noon
Instructor: Kristen Kristen spent 15 years as a social worker, and has always strived to help people recognize and achieve their own personal best. Kristen is a breast cancer survivor. As a result of multiple surgeries, Kristen started off with an extremely limited range of motion. She walked into Power Yoga on Main five years ago. She knew instantly that the encouraging atmosphere and vinyasa style of yoga was the exact culture and activity she was seeking.
As a result of a regular and dedicated practice, Kristen has regained an enormous range of mobility, as well as strength. Kristen loves to go upside down and arm balance. She hopes to share how empowering, and strengthening for your mind and body, yoga truly can be for everybody, no matter what walk of life.
Kristen completed her 200-hour certification through Power Yoga on Main and has also studied anatomy. Kristen has completed workshops with Philip Urso, Mara Ina Healy, and Carmen Aguilar. Kristen is also now certified in yoga sculpt. She continues to inspire people daily in so many ways!
